House of Fraser appoints Greenlight for search duties
House of Fraser has appointed leading search marketing and technology firm Greenlight to work jointly with its in-house digital marketing team to devise, implement and execute its search engine optimization initiatives. Greenlight will work closely with House of Fraser's social media agency to create an integrated strategy.
House of Fraser, renowned for its designer brands and exclusive collections, has over 850 brands online. The multi channel business saw like for like sales grow by over 130% in 2010.
House of Fraser's core areas of focus include increasing visibility for its clothing range through maximizing its prominence for key fashion-related search terms used by consumers shopping online, engaging more with customers and improving service and retention levels through creating a pleasant and overall fun online shopping experience.
