Greenlight up for six Search Awards
UK Search Awards 2013 today announced its shortlisting of Greenlight for six awards, in recognition of the exemplary results the agency has delivered for its clients and for its innovative, unique proprietary search marketing technology platform, Hydra.
Now in their third year, The UK Search Awards are a national awards competition to celebrate the very best in search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) and digital marketing. They were launched in 2011 by Don't Panic in association with Manual Link and SEMPO.
For the "Best use of Search - Finance" and "Best PPC Campaign" categories, Greenlight has been nominated for the novel PPC strategy and approach it undertook for its client L&G Investments which saw it net 414% more ROI from Paid Search for ISA's.
The project involved segmentations of keywords at a very granular level, the integration of Usage & Attitudes segmentation profiling and keyword visualisation/modelling, to create laser targeted Paid Search creative messaging, made possible via Greenlight' proprietary Hydra platform. This was then deployed across Paid Search for the 2013 season to dramatic commercial effect.
The agency's transformation of RS Components into a £12 million online retail powerhouse in just six months has Greenlight shortlisted for "Best SEO Campaign", whilst it's use of social media combined with traditional and digital PR campaigns to get insurer LV= firmly on Google's page 1 (from page 5) for its key life insurance terms, sees Greenlight on the shortlist for the "Best Use of PR in a Search Campaign" category.
Hydra, Greenlight's proprietary multi-faceted data aggregation and visualisation platform has been nominated for two awards - "Innovation" and "Best SEO Software".
Incurring paid clicks on keywords which businesses already rank for naturally, can typically waste up to 20% of the Search budget, whilst multiple listings for the same keywords in Natural and Paid Search do not always deliver incremental clicks.
